Our company is seeking an Architect or Interior Designer!

If you possess a passion for design, sound knowledge of materials (wood, metal), and experience in producing technical drawings (implementation studies), we would like to get to know you!

Responsibilities

• Site surveying, client communication for needs assessment
• Space concept development
• Presentation preparation
• Creation of technical drawings (2D/3D)
• Development of proposals based on client needs and specifications
• Collaboration with the design team and production team for plan implementation
• Supervision of plan implementation

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Good knowledge of materials and construction methods
• Ability to prepare client presentations
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Creativity, organizational skills, and consistency
• Car driving license and ownership of a private vehicle

Desired Qualifications

• Rhinoceros (2D/3D) will be highly appreciated
• Knowledge of other design software
• Experience in construction sites
