Furniture Systems Manufacturing Industry<\/p><\/h4><\/div>

Our company’s role is twofold. Having invested in automated – robotic equipment, which is inextricably linked to our many years of expertise and experience, we 100% produce all shop fitting systems. In a vertically integrated production line unit, raw materials are transformed into a final, ready-to-deliver, finished product, ready to meet the needs of your store. This department produces all products such as: columns, aluminum rods, shelf brackets, clothing hangers, metal shelves, decorative wooden & metal back panels, shoe shelves, slat panels, wooden shelves, spindles, accessories, and many more (See our e-shop for our industrial products)<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/div>

Special applications & furniture manufacturing<\/p><\/h4><\/div>

The second role is exclusively dedicated to a specialized department of designers & engineers who study and construct all custom fabrications. More specifically, our Custom Fabrication department studies and manufactures any application (professional furniture, decorative applications) from raw materials: wood, metal, glass, and plexiglass. Our technical department will be happy to assist you and manufacture based on your specific needs. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

With over 40 years of experience in the wood processing industry, we are able to produce furniture, constructions, and applications from materials such as: melamine, MDF, veneer, plywood, lacquer paint of any form and scale. Our mechanical equipment, including multi-axis CNC machines, cutting machines, band saws, edge banding machines, presses (accuracy: 0.1mm), etc., always combined with our team’s know-how, successfully handles even the most demanding manufacturing needs.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Our company started with aluminum constructions in 1975. 20 years later, we have created an automated department for producing metal components from A-Z to meet the merchandising needs of any store. Furthermore, we are able to produce custom metal furniture & constructions, based on your needs, with our ultra-modern equipment (accuracy: 0.1mm) including Fiber Laser, Press Brakes, Shears, CNC Benders, and Punching Robots. <\/p>\n<\/div>
