Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped with a cooperating courier or transport company (TNT, KIFAS Transport, etc.) and are entirely at the customer’s expense. At the same time, you can indicate the transport company that your company cooperates with.

For product purchases over €800, shipping is free (within Thessaloniki).

The available ways to receive your products are:

A) From our store without shipping charges

B) By Courier or Transport company, cooperating with SAVVOPOULOS Shop Fitting, where shipping costs are borne by the customer and payment is made upon delivery of the products

C) By Courier or Transport company of your choice, where shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.

Goods travel at the buyer’s risk and responsibility. For any dispute, the courts of Thessaloniki are competent. Ownership is retained until full payment of the price. Invoices must be paid within 15 days. Invoice payment is only made with a valid receipt from our company.

Return Policy

You have the right to return products and request a replacement if and only if:

The products were sent incorrectly due to the fault of SAVVOPOULOS Shop Fitting.

An explicit prerequisite for the return of any product is that it has not been used or installed. In case of product exchange, it is necessary to contact the order manager to arrange for the product to be sent by courier or transport to our store’s address, accompanied by the sales document and within a maximum of 15 days from the issuance of the document.

It is noted that the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the company offers free shipping for the second shipment of the correct product. It is understood that in case of incorrect shipments where SAVVOPOULOS Shop Fitting is responsible, all shipping costs are borne by our company and not the customer.

Money is not refunded except in the event of the company’s inability to cover a possible shortage of a product.

The customer is in no case obliged to accept packaging that is altered or has been opened during transport. If the customer accepts the package, the company has no obligation to replace any damaged item or compensate for any loss, as goods traveling with any transport company are always at the customer’s sole responsibility.
