Pharmacy Study, Furnishing & Construction
In the summer of 2020, our company undertook the Study and Construction of Mr. Hatzitypis’ new Pharmacy in Florina. More specifically, in collaboration with George Ioannidis’ Design office in Florina, we undertook the study of the space, the furnishing, and the construction. The specifications set by the client were for the space to exude tranquility while maximizing functionality through our systems.

Thus, PAL colors were used, combining nature’s hues with pure whites in all metal constructions. Our company undertook the complete construction of the Pharmacy, including wall units, central space constructions, a drawer unit, as well as the counter and a laboratory kitchen. Specifically, for the wall units, we chose a combination of 3 of our systems: the iHandle 40×40 with hidden perforation, the illuminated Alias with aluminum rods, and the Slat Panel with aluminum grooves. The metal parts and aluminum accessories were painted in a matte white color, and the wooden wall claddings and illuminated shelves were in oak and white. Furthermore, hidden lighting in the wooden elements (shelves, counter, etc.) played a significant role in the cleanliness of the space, with the added ability to adjust shelf height without wiring.

A lighting solution from our company so that the pharmacist can easily, quickly, and without wiring change and cover their needs. The central constructions with double material at the edge – finish stole the show with the floor-to-ceiling embedding, with hidden perforations maintaining flexibility as in the rest of the store. The counter was constructed with corresponding white and oak materials, which was combined with slat cladding on the upper part of the ceiling. In the two aforementioned constructions, we also installed hidden LED lighting to harmoniously blend with the rest of the store in terms of cleanliness. Furthermore, the four-column drawer unit placed at the back of the counter was clad with white wood to create a contrast with the oak-colored wall slats. Finally, in the footwear area, in addition to the claddings and shelving systems, we constructed an oval rotating mirror in line with today’s design trends.
