Country House | Lake Kerkini

The SAVOPOULOS Shop Fitting team undertook the interior design of a private country house in the Lake Kerkini wetland in Serres. We created spaces tailored to the owner’s needs for a comfortable and welcoming living room, and independent, private bedrooms.

More specifically, the rooms were designed with light and earthy colors, creating relaxing spaces, while the WCs followed a more luxurious version with black marble and smart storage solutions. In the bedroom area, we created two double rooms for guests, a master bedroom for the owner, a common area, and a wine cellar.

In the living room area, a key specification was the arrangement around the central element, the fireplace. A custom kitchen was designed using super matte materials, oak veneers were used on surfaces such as the dining table, shelves, desk, living room furniture, and the same material was applied to the floor and ceiling. Finally, a list of decorative materials (lighting fixtures, bowls, fabrics, curtains, etc.) was provided to complete our design proposal.
